Building dignity and opportunity through education and community development

S.N.M Memorial Educational Foundation Trust is a community-driven organization working towards sustainable development and social transformation across Jharkhand. Our mission is to create equal opportunities for underprivileged children, women, and marginalized communities through education, healthcare, and skill development initiatives. We believe that every individual deserves a chance to grow, learn, and live a dignified life.

Rooted in the values of compassion, integrity, and social responsibility, we actively work in both rural and urban areas. Our efforts focus on addressing key challenges such as lack of quality education, limited healthcare access, unemployment, and social inequality. Through our programs, we aim to build confidence, promote self-reliance, and open doors to better opportunities.

Our initiatives include providing basic education, digital literacy, vocational training, and healthcare awareness through camps and outreach programs. Women empowerment remains at the heart of our work, where we support women through skill training and self-employment opportunities, helping them become independent and confident contributors to society.

We also promote community development by encouraging sustainable practices and active local participation. With the support of volunteers and partners, we continue to expand our reach. At S.N.M Memorial Educational Foundation Trust, we believe that even small efforts can create meaningful change, and together, we can build a better and more inclusive future.

Annual Report Highlights

Built from the trust's real objectives.

The annual report gave us strong material: disability welfare support, technical education, schools and libraries, scholarships for poor students, HIV/AIDS and health awareness, tribal welfare, women training, plantation programs, agriculture support, sports and cultural activities, and vocational training in uncovered rural areas.

These objectives guide the trust's public work and help supporters understand the real areas where their contribution can create value.
